Acceptance of Terms

By using Tempo Golf’s website, booking system, or facility, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are made through Alba.

• Payment is processed securely through Adyen.

• Full payment is required to secure a reservation.

• Rates vary between peak and off-peak hours and may change.

• Maximum 4 players per bay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 4 hours or more before the start time are eligible for a full refund or full credit.

• Cancellations made under 4 hours are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Early departures do not qualify for refunds.

• Group bookings or events may have separate cancellation rules.

Membership Terms

If you purchase a membership:

• Membership benefits will be outlined at the time of purchase.

• Memberships are non-transferable.

• Cancellation or renewal terms are disclosed within the membership agreement.

Rules & Safety Requirements

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all guests must follow these rules:

Equipment & Swing Safety

• Swing only when the hitting area is clear.

• Maintain safe distance from other players.

• Use equipment responsibly.

Facility Conduct

• No alcohol allowed on premises.

• Light food and drinks are permitted away from sensitive equipment.

• Only clean indoor shoes are allowed.

• No age restrictions; minors must be supervised.

• Follow all staff instructions.

Damage Responsibility

Guests are responsible for the full repair cost of any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or intentional behavior.

Liability Waiver

By booking or entering Tempo Golf, you acknowledge:

• The inherent risks of swinging golf clubs indoors

• The possibility of injury from stray balls or player error

You agree that Tempo Golf is not liable for:

• Injuries caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence

• Damage to personal property

• Lost or stolen items

Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law.

User Conduct

Guests must not:

• Engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior

• Attempt to bypass booking or payment systems

• Harass staff or guests

• Use the facility for unlawful purposes

Intellectual Property

All branding, text, images, logos, and content on this website belong to Tempo Golf. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

Tempo Golf may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
