Booking

Can I change my booking?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your booking. If you are within the cancellation window, you can cancel the booking and make a new booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can freely cancel your booking up until 4 hours before your booking start time and you will receive a full refund.

Is the price per bay or per person?

The rates are for the bay, not per person. You can have up to 4 players in each bay at no extra charge.

The booking calendar is empty but I cannot book.

Please refresh the page and check again. Another guest may have just booked or it may have been disabled in the system.

I didn't receive a confirmation email/access key. What do I do?

Please double check junk/spam folder as sometimes it may get filtered into there. The email may take up to 5 minutes to reach your inbox. If you still haven’t received a booking confirmation, please reach out to us at contact@tempogolf.ca

Facility

How do I enter the facility?

There will be a link to unlock the door in your confirmation email. Click on this button when you’re standing beside the front door to enter the facility.

If I go outside the facility, can I get back in?

Yes, you are able to unlock the door at any time from five minutes before to fifteen minutes after your scheduled booking time. 

Do you rent golf clubs?

Yes, we have rental clubs free to use. Please remember to respect the equipment and return it after use.

Is there parking available?

Yes, the storefront has ample free parking.

I left something behind. What do I do?

You can enter the facility up to 15 minutes after your booking has ended. If you miss this time window, then please contact us and we will work with you to return the item. If it’s a time-sensitive issue, you could make a new booking to re-enter the facility.

Can I bring food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring your own food. Alcohol is not permitted inside the facility, and we have a vending machine offering snacks and beverages. Please keep all food and drink away from the hitting area and computers and remember to be respectful of the space.

Golfing

How long does it take to play a full round of golf?

It generally takes 1 hour to play 18 holes for each player, so an individual player might take 1 hour and a foursome would need 4 hours. You are able to extend your booking easily if you need more time to finish the round.

Do I have to bring my own balls?

No, we provide an unlimited supply of our specially marked balls. Please use these balls for improved data accuracy and auto-tee system.

Can I practice and play during the same session?

Yes, you can easily switch between playing a course and practicing with our modern touch screen interface.

What gameplay modes are there to choose from?

Standard modes include the driving range and 200+ courses. There are also various types of training modes and fun games for all skill levels.

How do I use the 3D putting surface?

The 3D putting surface will automatically activate once you get within 12 feet of the hole on the green. You can also practice with it in the putting training mode.
